Belvin Lady Blossom 64’04

A female from the very top of the well known Belvin program. Sired by Belvin Mercedes 32’02, Lady Blossom 64’04 is double bred Lady Blossom and double bred Papa Equator. Mercedes is a full brother to Lady Blossom 28 ’02 who sold for $30,000 and Lady Blossom 22 ’02). 64 ‘04 was a division winner at Farmfair 2006 as a yearling heifer, and sold that fall through the Black Magic where she was the high seller and also the highlight of the sale. In 2008, as a four year old, she was Supreme Champion female at the IPE in Armstrong, BC. She was also a “Top Ten” Finisher at the 2008 RBC Supreme Challenge at Agribition in Regina, with Belvin Ultimatum 13’08 at side. Ultimatum is a Belvin Rebel son. He has been shown very successfully in Canada and was named Grand Champion Bull at the 2008.

S A V Net Worth 4200: Embryos with Lady Blossom 64 ‘04

This bull is doing a good job for most people with sons and daughters selling very well across North America. He was sold for $117,500 as a calf at the Schaff sale and has developed into a powerhouse of a bull. He is one of the most respected bulls across the Angus world today. They have tremendous muscling, structure and Angus character. They are moderate sized with excellent weight gain. We at Bova have a son of Net Worth out of Lady Blossom going into AI and have sold a full sister to the Friarstown herd privately. There are some excellent calves from Net Worth on the ground in Ireland from this mating already.

Belvin Rebel: Embryos with Lady Blossom 64 ‘04

Belvin Lady Blossom has an outstanding calf by Rebel at foot born January 2008 (Belvin Ultimatum – see attached photo) which a lot is thought about out in Canada and I have him entered at the March 2009 Calgary Bull Sale. Rebel has been breeding very well for the Belvin Herd and produced a weanling daughter that sold for $17,500 for the herd. Breeding a little more size than the Net Worth with outstanding top lines to the progeny.

HF Kodiak: Embryos with Lady Blossom 64 ‘04

HF Kodiak 5R was the high selling bull calf in the 2005 Masterpiece Sale selling 1/2 interest to Soo Line Cattle Co. and Geis Angus Farm for $45,000. He is now creating quite a stir as a sire of sons in Canada who have sold to a high of $82,500 for a half share! He is consistently producing cattle that have lighter birth weights but have tremendous weight gain with excellent muscling. They are also easily calved and have a shorter gestation. His sons HF Tiger, HF Bears Paw and HF El Tigre will be show highlights at the World Forum this summer.

Hoff Limited Edition: Embryos with Sandy Bar Duchess 33G

Hoff Limited Edition is an Angus bull who needs no introduction having bred very well throughout North America. He is known as a high performance sire who has stood the test of time. Limited Edition daughters are working well in the pasture and his big, growthy, muscular sons are usually the first to leave the bull pen. The resulting calves would be full sibs to BJ’s No Limits who has done so well in Canada and is now doing a good job here also. He recently had a class winner at the Northern Ireland Calf Show in Dungannon in November 2008. Sandy Bar Duchess had produced 4 herd sires to date and has been a leading donor cow for BJ Scheirlink in Canada.
